Shipping 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, however it can take unto 7days in the busy periods . If you need your order by a particular date please leave a note in the comments or contact us via email glamourskinandbodycustomer@gmail.com or on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/glamourskinbody.

If your order is a gift & you would like the invoice not included just leave a note in the comments for me & I won’t post it with the items.

 

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products  can not accept any returns or exchanges for hygiene purposes. We do not accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind. Please note that in the terms of Australian law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. This includes not being able to claim a refund when an item goes on sale or is available at a discount after you have purchased it at higher price. Once orders are placed they are final they cannot be cancelled this is due to the fact all of these products arr handmade and are made once an order is processed.

 

Damaged Stock

All products are checked by myself before packing. 
They are all bubble wrapped to reduce the risk of damage during transit. If any items have been damaged in transit the courier is liable and you will need to contact them. If you need to contact Glamour skin & body you must contact us with 7days of receiving your item. Anything after the 7days is no longer valid for exchange.
